Mission:

The NPCD Foundation is committed to providing local leadership and initiative in developing and conserving soil, water, and related resources in the Northern Panhandle counties of Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, and Marshall. They offer a balance of planning and management programs that protect, restore, and improve those resources through youth and adult education and outreach.
