Mission:
The Northern Panhandle Resource Conservation and Development Council was created to provide an avenue for people, local governments, and groups to work together to develop and carry out an action oriented plan for the social, economic, and environmental betterment of the area.

The Northern Panhandle Resource Conservation and Development Council envisions a strong economy and healthy natural environment that preserves and protects the environment and quality of life for the area.
